vivaldi's pieces actually had structure and form..and development.
van halen had mindless wanking. neato tricks...that aren't so neato on violin.
it did make my ears hurt though. I e-mailed the site to a friend of mine..(whom is a violin major...and has a bachelor's degree in music performance) she was unimpressed. [img]images/icons/rolleyes.gif[/img]Comment

Yeah, but Vivaldi's works were so structured, that a lot of them sounded pretty reptitive. I guess when you hammer out 10 works a week (arbitrary number) that can happen, even to someone as gifted as A.V.
