Video of my old band

I have been dumping old VHS of recordings onto DVD. This ones about ten years old. We were the opening act for Quiet Riot. Anyone else cringe when watching themselves on tape?

If I may ask? I'm trying to get old band footage from VHS to Computer!! How did you covert you signal???

I ran a VCR to a stand alone DVD burner. Then converted DVD files to AVI. I have also used this which is very simple but you lose some video quality.
