Technologically challenged

OK how do I post a kickass MP3 I have of some guy (don't remember who) covering Paranoid.

Probably the most kickass version I've ever heard. The guy did everything on it.....guitars (layered), vocals, bass, drums.. and mixed it all too.

It really smokes. Just wanted to share it with you folks.

I live on the edge of danger facing life and death every single day.....then I leave her at home and go disarm bombs.

First:

Find somewhere to host it. Upload it to your MySpace, put it on YouTube. Is MP3.com still up?
Or wherever you load your pictures to share with friends (if Photosuckit will allow non-image files).

Next, copy the URL (link) and post that here.
