  • Check out my band!

Here's some live audio from last nights gig. We're an original band, but we will always throw in some covers 'cause its fun! First gig, so we're a little rough around the edges... we've only rehearsed as a full unit about ten times I used my Stiletto Ace, boosted with a Digitech Bad Monkey (Level high, Gain zero, EQ's at about noon). Tite Gain, gain about 1:30. Mesa Traditional straight 4x12 with V30's. Guitar used was an Ibanez RGA121, Tone Zone in Bridge. All effects are from the soundboard.

    Metallica Through the Never
AfterThaut performing Through the Never by Metallica, 071809. Words and Music By Hetfield, Ulrich, Hammett. Gear used: Mesa Boogie Stilleto Ace, Mesa Traditi...

Original song called Two Wrongs. The solo was improvised... I gotta get something final for this.
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Another Original called Dust. Rushed the first "fast" lick a bit... damn nerves!

Very good Steve..I wish there was video to this. Sounds like fun. Anywhoo, your tone sounds pretty good, and I like your bass player's tone. It kinda sound like mine when I'm in a band...with lots of high end bite that cuts thru the mix.

Your originals are cool. Sounds like a solid "tight" band ..singer and all..good job!

Thanks Bill, I appreciate it. About our bass player... actually, he is a friend of our drummer and is primarily a guitar player. He's only been playing bass for a couple of months. He went all out and bought a Carvin bass head that weighs like four pounds and sounds great, along with a Carvin 4x10. I agree that it sounds great!

There are some vocal effects on there too... the soundguy is always trying to add stuff in there.

Carvin Bass gear including a 4 X 10 cab..well, that certainly explains it!!!

Hey thanks guys! I appreciate it.

We're all in our 30's and don't have any delusions of "making it"... We're just trying to write tunes that we dig. Hopefully other people will too.

Thanks Shawn! I listened again and audio is a little fuzzy... don't know what's up with that.

Any negatives? Should I use my guitars for firewood?

Nice work Steve, I enjoyed both songs. Keep us up to date on what you guys are doing, sounds good!

Only negative is the videos were a little dark.
