Does anyone know how to play the intro to dance by ratt?

I forgot how to play it as it has been so long. I'll play around with it to see if I can figure it out. However, the confusion you are having may be coming from the sound you're hearing which is some type of delay effect. The delay is set to the speed of the picking and gives a cool effect. I know this didn't directly answer your question but with it you may be able to figure it out.
