So I don't confuse myself, I've seen this both ways. Which is correct...
If I see something written on paper and it says F Lydian, does it mean;
F Lydian
* F is the 4th of the C Major scale, so I would be playing the fourth scale of Cmajor.......or
* F Lydian means it's the F Scale thus making the Lydian a B flat scale.
