I have and have had Metal Method for awhile.. I figured it was B.S. but I didn't think such a popular mag like Guitar World would advertise something like that.

Speaking of Stetina, Stetina's books are pretty decent for Metal basics and exercises.. Metal Method is pretty good stuff too from what I hear.
