Strange, I've never had these problems. My main axe is a Vandy. When I go to the guitar shop to jam around and browse for a few hours, I've never noticed a problem. Would perhaps adjusting your guitar strap help? Maybe bring the guitar higher.

I have switched back to Jackson from Gibson. I know what you are talking about. However, I think that it is more from playing on a FLoyd vs. a fixed bridge. Make sure you are resting your picking hand at the right spot on the floyd. Tune o matic bridges make this very easy since there is only one spot you can place your hand! You have to take the time to find the sweet spot with a floyd. I know the first couple days of having a floyd equiped guitar were spent finding the sweet spot for palm mutes and gereal position.

The reason why I want a Kahler 2300 Flat-Mount so the change between TOM and Whammy Bar guitars isn't too big.

Yeah, you gotta use to it. Its like learning to play guitar all from the beginning. I know you from the ESP messageboard. Good you chose Jackson
