has anybody used the stylus pick? if so,what did you think of it?

I bought it, I personally think it's a waste of time, effort, money whatever to use it.

Buy a pick, buy a metronome, and get Speed Mechanics for Lead Guitar by Troy Stetina [img]/images/graemlins/toast.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

I don't see the validity of it to "train" you to use the tip of the pick.

The only thing it really is good for is streamlining your picking efficiency. You only use the very tip of it so it does help to some extent. It will help you but its a just practice tool.

I haven't tried the stylus pick, but I found the same benefits using the Stubby 3.0mm, for a fraction of the price. Now when I grab a regular pick, the Stubby has "trained" me to just use the tip.
