Has anyone tried the Clayton acetal picks? I used Dunlop Tortex picks for the longest time, but I tried a Clayton 1mm the other day and absolutely loved it. The edges are rounded, so the pick just glides off the strings when you dig in for rhythm work, and you can really burn single-note lines.

DÁndrea pro-grip (USA) .71mm are the pick what I use when I play with the fast speed. I guess that the pickhardness is the matter of taste though...

I just recently got the dunlop big stubby 475's
Verdict is still out but so far I think I like them.
the 2.0mm weight feels pretty darn good.

I use Jazz IIIs but have a couple of the Stubby 2 and 3mm. I liked the speed of the Stubbys but you chew the edges when you do a pick scrape
Anyway, picking speed does me no good when my fretting hand can't keep up
I had a buttload of the Jazz Tortex (purple) but sent them to Tekky a couple of years ago as they kept slipping out of my fingers. I used to file the edges of those down because they were too sharp. This was back when Dunlop said they were going to stop making the Jazz IIIs, but then MF had them listed again and I bought about 10 bags of the red and black. The black ones are ok, a bit stiffer than the reds.
