Practice/Jam Cds Tapes Similar to Jam Trax

Is there anything on the market where you can pop in a tape or CD of chord progressions and practice riffs, soloing over them? Yeah I know, I could sit down and record chord progressions myself but not a full blown out band. This could be alot of fun and very helpful.

There are actually a lot of books that come with CD's like that. Most of them are for people just learning scales, but the back tracks are certainly useable on most. I think even GIT put one out that rocks. At lessons, my teacher has a slew of them that he just found at small local guitar stores. Look around!
