Paul Gilbert - Terrifying Guitar Trip

Hi,
In the begining(at 50 seconds) of this instructional video he is playing a song(when the screen is split in two parts and there are two pablos playing)
which goes into an improvising part. Does someone know what song this is or isnt it a song? Maybe someone even has the tab for it.

The song is missing parts, and the solo is quite different, but the tab should be right for the harmonized part.......its really tough though lol

practice it slow until you play it fluently, then take it up a notch...it will become easy!
I really love the improvised solo in that video.
