The Guitar Grimoire (stupid name, but pretty thorough book from what I understand)
Other than that, pretty much all you'll find are books that have the Major scales, and then break down the different modes, leaving you to figure out the fingering (Theory).I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

The Gig Bag Book of Scales for all Guitarists is pretty in- depth. $12.95 at Barnes and Nobles.I still keep practicing though.... Mostly because I hate my neighbors.-MakeAJazzNoiseHereComment
