Of all the Metallica riffs from Kill to the black album. The one that I still can't play like it sounds on the cd is the FFWF one that I posted. I guess it is because I play all by ear and that riff just sounds fuck'n bizzare to me. It is so cool. Maybe someone can teach me over the net. im not sure of what exactly agressive means, but i think i vote for the mega heavy breakdown riff (tambourine and all) in the later part of sabbath bloody sabbath. gets stuck in my head for hours at a time.
Instead of going for the obvious stuff like early Megadeth or Knives by Therapy I'm going to suggest something that most here don't know - Gregg Wright "Dogfight". The whole song is played with aggression and the intro is out of control.
Joe Stump and Steve Morse have a lot of technically difficult and very cool licks in their arsenals. Check out Joe's "2001: A Shred Odyssey". For Morse, it may not seem aggressive but I've always thought "Tumeni Notes" was a great display of chops in a musical setting.

Pwermad's Slaughterhouse. The entire song is aggressive. It's on the Wild At Hear soundtrack.

That song is SICK!!! I forgot who played that. I still play that riff to this day, and I figured it out right after the movie came out. I need to get that....
However, I vote for either the opening riff to SRV's "So Excited" or the second lick at the beginning of his version of "The Sky is Cryin'". These licks can be played so hard and with so much emotion...they just explode with intensity.

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.
