Heavy metal 80's influenced. But todays music like Bullet for My Valentine also added in. We are becoming an orignal band. A few covers here and there.
We just formed our band and still building it. We play mostly for fun. At least I do.

originals, rock, classic and hard with a touch of metal, blues, latin and jazz. Whatever the song idea requires or tells us to go. We'll even use a little reggae. We actually have a hard rock song that has a (dare I say it?) rap section in the middle! We love variety it helps keep things interesting.

We have been called everything from "evil blackened thrash" to "technical thrash" to "brutal deathrash metalcore" (that last one by a well-intentioned doofus at our former label), but I think of us as melodic death metal with a bit of thrash influence. I don't like people calling us technical, because to me that implies shredding and crazy tempo changes that we simply don't do. We are influenced to a degree by bands like Death and Nile, but In Flames or The Haunted would be more accurate comparisons.

Standard tuning, mostly Jackson/Charvel guitars and Peavey amps. We're going to resume recording next month after some unexpected delays, but no idea on a release date since we are without a label.

old band: death/thrash...testament meets the haunted meets unleashed basically

new band: well...as of right now, female fronted melodic/power metal (none of that "true" dragon/swords/whatever stuff though). the next album is going to be much heavier than that, though! think modern thrash mixed with groovy death metal, some old school 80s twin guitar harmonies, and clean female vocals on top of that. hatesphere/machine head/in flames with female vocals basically.

Some sort of Death / Black / Thrash hybrid. Easier to just refer to it as extreme metal. We're tuned to drop C, though we don't do the whole chugga chugga thing at all. They have a demo (out of print) and a full length album out on one of the underground metal labels, but I didn't play on either of the recordings.

My band plays melodic metal. Some songs have thrashy groovy parts and others have progressive clean sections like Opeth depends on the song. The singing we've had has been clean with aggresive parts in places. We've been working on doing a rough demo to show what we can do.
