                      wrap your wrist with an ace bandage or wrist brace if needed. Best thing to do is to take lots of breaks and if you have to take a few days off from playing/computer/beatin off

                        Also if you play with your guitbox down low it puts lots of strain on the wrist, so raise it up a bit if you're one of those dudes
