I use the whammy bar frequently, not dive-bombs, but push the bar down, hit a note and slowly let the bar come back up

When I'm doing tapping licks on the highest string sometimes I like to bend the string off the fretboard and bring it back really fast with my tapping finger and continuously do so...sounds funny as hell

I packed my old Quiet Riot records out (Quiet Riot and Quiet Rio II) and now I see that my playing style is much more influenced from Randy as I thought...
Anyway another trademark I`ve noticed (that I took from Randy obviously)

I like to play naked, and slide from the first fret to the 17th really fast..moaning. Then when im done i squirt a bottle of lotion i have behind the headstock onto the audiences face........What is it just me?

I think my phrasing is good.. and i can learn a piece from memory.
I did this a couple of months ago with Gary Moore's "the loner"
Worked it out from memory, and then listened to it again
i was even in the right key! So for me, its phrasing and having
a good ear. Technique sucks though..although im a decent hammer on/
pull off guy.

I've been trying to make my vibrato something that stands out for about... 15 years? I spose one might be that I hardly ever, ever use hammer-ons or pull-offs, almost exclusively pick (or slide) every note I play (lead wise).

Legato, like arp's and whammy-work are taboo for me in a way.

Sweep Arpeggios starting low then going to high through the different postitions until landing on the high root. Always starting on the high E string and decending, then accending and sliding up the high E string to the next position. Pretty well Jason Becker style right there.
