I bought the vid off Ebay, and it didn't have the book. Does anyone have this that would make me a copy of the booklet?

Dude, you're in luck! I happen to have two!!!!!!! When SGR mailed me mine, they didn't send me a book, so I wrote them and they sent me TWO!! Email me and we can talk.
