Downspeeding

Does anyone know any downspeeding programs (like slowblast) that are free?

Basically, I'm looking for a program that can slow down files from a CD.

We've had this topic on the board over the winter/early spring I believe.. look back as there were a few mentioned. I use Transcribe as well.. great program. It'll let you run for more than 30 days free also...(like up to 45-60)
If they offer you a special at 20-30.00 and you like it, jump on it.
