Any books,cd's,dvd,websites..ect available on how to use a tremolo bar? It's a very basic question but I'm sure theres dozens of techniques that I'm not aware of. Thanks

Troy Stetina has a book/CD called Guitar Tricks which has a lot of tremelo antics in there.
I don't have it, but I have a bunch of his other stuff and it is all super quality.
