im going to do a cover of britney spears toxic and im just wondering what it means?

are they play a step lower or something?

I guess it means a half-step lower. never heard it referred to as "British" tuning before. [img]graemlins/brow.gif[/img]

A buddy and me were talking about doing a cover of Britney's "Born To Make You Happy". Aside from the vocals, it's got a real Malmsteen-ballad vibe to it. There's even a ready-made break where you could cram a big epic widdley frenzy in there! [img]graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

I know about different countries having different frequenzies for an A.
I know about some songs I tune perfect for and others I play wrong on any fret. 4th too low and 5th too high.

maybe that's meant.
