Who here uses Speed Mechanics and goes page by page? I am finding it kinda hard to just do a page at a time without skipping to something else, does anyone else do this?

Re: Pick and Choose/Front to Back
I have ADD really bad. If you get bored, skip a page and try it out. YOu can practice a few things at once to keep the monotony level low. Instead of spending an hour a day practicing fingering for a week, spend ten minutes on that, ten minutes on sweeps, etc.

Re: Pick and Choose/Front to Back
it's not really a page-by-page instructional manual. Get one of Troy's other books, like his Metal Lead series, if that's what you're after.
You can jump all around Speed Mechanics, using exercises from whatever section of the book addresses the technique or problem area you are currently concentrating on.Hail yesterday
