Honestly, impressive as it is, it isn't that hard as it's all falsetto. The hardest part about going from low to high like that is having a smooth transition from your natural voice to your falsetto.

That Becker guy sings a bit like the tit from The Darkness. It's high pitched, yes, but it doesn't sound high pitched like Ripper Owens does it.
