• Help with an Alice in Chains tune

Hello,
The song "It Ain't Like That" has a riff at the end. It sounds like a diminished triad but I can't seem to figure out how he plays it.
I'd really appreciate the help if anyone knows this riff and can explain how to play it.
Thanks in advance, John

I think you need help with the triple-posting thing first!

Which riff are you talking about? There are like 3 whole riffs in the song-the main one (an E chord strummed backwards and a bend on the G at the 3rd fret on the E), the chuggin' one (E and F power chords chuggin along with lots of palm muting and a G note thrown in), then the chorus (C, G, D, A power chords that go along with the vocals).

BoxcarWillie,
Its the riff near the end of the song while the chorus(C,G,D,A)is being played and Layne is singing still. Near the end. Thanks, John

Are you talking about Jerry's little lead part at the end of the song, or a riff?

BoxcarWillie,
I am speaking about the little lead part at the end.
