Issue with elbow?

I've been working on my picking more than anything recently, and been pushing the limits on speed and strict alt. picking. Although I've always picked with my wrist, I'm starting to feel my elbow tense up a bit when I go for some really fast licks and what not. It looks like I'm picking with my wrist, but sometimes, like I said, my elbow will get a little tense.. As if I'm flexing.

Would this be considered picking with my elbow?
