Experienced guys gimme tips on rehearsals

    1. Be on time.
    2. Know your material.
    3. If you have to cancel a practice, try to do it at least a day or more in advance (if you can - emergencies are what they are, but if you have a vacation, friend in from out of town etc.)
    4. If people are trying to talk or are working on something that does not concern you, like the drummer and the bass player are trying to sinc. up, turn off your volume and noodle with no volume.
    5. If you are sharing the space, make sure you move your stuff out of the way so it is not damaged by the other band.
    6. Wear earplugs.

    Those are what come to mind off the top of my head.

      Ha ha, aye I've found that to be a total pain in the arse! The rythm guitarist and his drummer brother do it all the time and it's a pain.
