    OMG?!?!?!?
The Kirk comment was especially amusing. I totally see the comparison between this dude and KH in regards to feel and style. Meaning, NONE OF EITHER!

Under a minute. As soon as I heard that horrible jerky vibrato that so many terrible guitarists do, I couldn't take it.

Then I read the comments. Who are these people throwing so much praise on this guy? You'd think he was Steve Vai or something by the comments.

That's the kind of stuff I play when I'm goofing around. I would never put that up for the world to see. I made it to 3:30.

you guys are missing the point...did you see this from his shredguitar 3 video?

Shred Guitar 3 Ritchie Blackmore, Jimi Hendrix, Yngwie Malmsteen, John Petrucci, Randy Rhoads, David Gilmour, Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Uli Jon Roth, Vince Palamara <<< uh he DARE's put his name with those others?...at least it is at the END of the REAL players....

I'll bet the poor guy has been playing like that for 40 years...

but the BEST one is this from his profile:

I am regarded as the leading civilian authority on the United States Secret Service, especially with regard to the JFK/ LBJ years (I have interviewed and corresponded with over 70 former agents and family members, a world's record! The Warren Commission: 12). I have appeared on the History Channel, in the ARRB's Final Report, on radio, in newspapers, in over 45 other author's books and counting (notably, "Murder In Dealey Plaza" & "The Secret Service: The Hiddden History Of An Enigmatic Agency"), and all over the internet.

obviously if he was around back then, either he just started jamming 3 years ago, and still sucks, or he has been playing for 40 years, and never got out of the "you suck" guitarplaying status.

especially when he claims to be "an accomplished" guitarist as he says, honestly to me that accomplishment must be him graduating from a 80's hondo guitar to that strat he is using.... REAL SHREDDING?? ya right!! :ROTF:

His "Shredding" aside, his claim are credible. A quick google search instantly revealed he is invloved in these JFK investigations and states he wasn't born at the time of JFK's death. But like many, always asked the usual questions, and got more answers and/or theories.

He's in this clip of the History Channel program "The Smoking Guns". He's a pretty sharp and articulate guy starting @ 2:30..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNTeQ9ckmD8

Too bad the same can't be said of his..ahem.."shredding".

With this further info. I must give the dude props for knowing/loving the players he does and wanting to share that with others.

                        even tho he plays goofy..

I was not saying he was lying about his involvement in history, or why he would need to tell the world on his youtube page about it, just contributing to the humor of his "shredding" ability in the thread ( or lack thereof )

I checked it out for my own curiousity, since you brought it up. I thought if he's that dillusional of his playing, he's prolly full of it about the other shit too. Apparently not..

He obviously likes the attention. I wouldn't know, I never posted vids on youtube..watched alot of 'em tho.

I get enough attention here..from you dicks.

                              Yecch.

Yuk. I usually refrain from criticizing the playing of others, but this self-described "accomplished guitarist" is bringing it on himself. I made it to 3:07.

Now, let's up the stakes. Check out his "heartfelt guitar tribute to the late Bo Diddley, as well as to Jimi Hendrix, Randy Rhoads, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Tommy Bolin, Randy California, and all the other great guitarists and musicians who left us too soon." It's even worse, and I made it to 4:23 on that one. See if you can beat that! CLICK HERE FOR "TRIBUTE"

P.S. I agree 100% with the Kirk Hammett comparison. I am also hearing shades of Nigel Tufnel.
